Creamy Vanilla Yogurt Overnight Oats made with alcohol free vanilla flavor, honey, oats, and milk for an easy no cook breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt made with alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor
2 to 4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh berries for topping
Instructions

2. Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla flavor in a bowl until smooth.
3. Pour in the milk and stir until fully combined.
4. Add the oats, sea salt, and cinnamon and mix until evenly blended.
5. Divide the mixture into four 4 ounce jars or two 8 ounce jars and seal the lids.
6. Refrigerate overnight or at least six hours.
7. Serve with berries, nut butter, or extra honey.

Notes
Use any yogurt variety including fruit flavored options. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Any milk type works including almond, coconut, or low fat. Whole milk creates the creamiest texture.
Any oats may be used including rolled, quick, or steel cut. Old fashioned oats give the best balance.
Cinnamon is optional but adds warm flavor. Omit it for a cleaner vanilla taste.
Store in sealed jars in the fridge up to five days. Freeze up to two months and thaw overnight in the fridge.
