Creamy Vanilla Peanut Butter Overnight Oats made with peanut butter, alcohol free vanilla flavor, cocoa powder, yogurt, and oats for a rich and easy breakfast.
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt made without alcohol based flavoring
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon Dutch process cocoa powder
1/2 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Dark chocolate chips optional
Instructions

2. Stir peanut butter, vanilla flavor, salt, yogurt, almond milk, oats, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes until thickened.
4. Stir before serving to refresh the texture.
5. Add dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Use mild sweet yogurt for better flavor balance.
Dutch process cocoa powder creates a deeper chocolate flavor.
Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or stevia to taste.
Add more almond milk if the oats thicken too much after refrigeration.
