Description
Creamy Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats made with almondmilk, almondmilk yogurt, instant espresso, and alcohol free vanilla flavor for a smooth coffee infused breakfast.
Ingredients
2 cups Vanilla Almondmilk
2 containers Vanilla Almondmilk Yogurt
4 teaspoons instant espresso
2 teaspoons alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Simply Organic Alcohol Free Vanilla Flavor or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups gluten free old fashioned oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
1. In a wide mouth pint sized jar whisk together 1/2 cup almondmilk 1/2 container almondmilk yogurt 1 teaspoon espresso powder 1/2 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Repeat to make four jars.
2. Add 1/2 cup oats and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed to each jar then stir to combine fully.
3. Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days until thick and creamy.
4. Stir before serving and add extra almondmilk if you prefer a looser texture.
Notes
These oats thicken naturally as they rest so adjust the texture with extra almondmilk if needed.
Use high quality instant espresso for a deeper latte flavor.
Top with fresh fruit nuts or extra almondmilk yogurt right before serving.
