Ingredients
50 g oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
120 ml skimmed milk
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt (Chobani Nonfat Greek Yogurt or Fage Total 0 Percent)
1/2 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor (Alcohol Free Simply Organic Vanilla Flavor or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor)
1/2 teaspoon runny honey
Instructions
1. Add oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, alcohol free vanilla flavor, and honey to a bowl.
2. Stir well until fully combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a sealed container.
4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours.
5. Add fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt, or granola before serving.
Notes
Overnight oats keep well for up to 5 days when stored in an airtight container.
Add milk before serving if you prefer a looser consistency.
Add toppings only when ready to eat to keep textures fresh.
