Creamy vanilla cookie overnight oats made with rolled oats, cinnamon, almond butter, alcohol free vanilla flavor, and Greek yogurt for a sweet cookie inspired breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 third cup plain Greek yogurt such as Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt or Fage Total 2 Percent Greek Yogurt
3 fourths cup almond milk
1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons raisins
Instructions
1. Divide the oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, almond butter, yogurt, milk, and vanilla flavor into two jars or containers.
2. Stir the mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
3. Mix in the crushed walnuts and raisins.
4. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight.
5. Add optional toppings in the morning and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the almond milk amount to make the oats thicker or smoother based on your preference.
