Creamy Vanilla Almond Overnight Oats made with rolled oats, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, maple, sliced almonds, and alcohol free vanilla flavor. A simple make ahead breakfast that is filling, tasty, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon maple
1 tablespoon raw sliced almonds
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, alcohol free vanilla flavor, maple, raw sliced almonds, and almond milk to a jar that seals tightly.
2. Stir everything together until fully combined.
3. Refrigerate overnight to allow oats to soften and mixture to thicken.
4. Serve chilled the next day as is or add your favorite toppings such as berries, banana slices, extra almonds, or cinnamon.
Notes
This overnight oatmeal keeps for up to 5 days when stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The best texture is within the first 1 to 3 days.
To freeze, mix all ingredients and transfer immediately to a freezer safe airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months and thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
