Creamy Vanilla Almond Butter Overnight Oats made with rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, alcohol free vanilla flavor, and fresh raspberries. A simple and nutritious make ahead breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons almond butter
1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
To serve
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 teaspoons almond butter
Instructions
1. Add the rolled oats, almond butter, alcohol free vanilla flavor, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup to two small jars.
2. Stir until the mixture is completely combined.
3. Secure the lids tightly and shake the jars to blend everything evenly.
4. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight until the oats are thick and creamy.
5. Stir and top with fresh raspberries and a spoonful of almond butter before serving.
Notes
The oats thicken as they sit. Add a splash of almond milk if needed before serving.
Adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing the maple syrup.
Use fresh fruit or frozen fruit depending on preference.
Store jars sealed in the refrigerator for three to four days and add toppings only when serving.
