Ingredients

1 flatbread

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup fresh spinach, torn

½ cup red onions, sliced

3 cloves garlic, sliced

½ cup feta cheese crumbles

¼ teaspoon sea salt

Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside. If using an air fryer, preheat to 400°F.

2. Lay flatbread on a clean surface. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.

4. Add spinach, red onions, and sliced garlic evenly.

5. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

6. Place flatbread on the preheated pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. For air fryer, cook for 4-5 minutes at 400°F.

7. Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

8. Sprinkle sea salt before serving.

Notes

For a crisper texture, always preheat your pan or air fryer basket.

Dry spinach before using to prevent sogginess.
