Description

A creamy and smoky sauce made with mayo, smoked paprika, lime, garlic powder, and salt. It blends into a smooth and flavorful condiment that works well as a dip, spread, or drizzle for many everyday meals.

Ingredients

½ cup mayo

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Measure the mayo, lime juice, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and garlic powder, then place them into a small food processor or blender.

Blend gently just until the mixture begins to combine into a smooth base.

Stop blending and scrape the sides with a spatula so all ingredients mix evenly.

Blend again briefly until the sauce becomes creamy and evenly colored.

Use right away or store it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to five days.

Notes

If you do not want to use a blender, whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until fully combined.

The sauce becomes slightly deeper in color after sitting as the paprika settles into the mixture.

Taste and adjust the lime juice or smoked paprika based on how bright or smoky you want the flavor.
