Instructions
1. Prepare all vegetables by chopping the onion finely and dicing the poblano peppers evenly
2. Place the shredded chicken into the crockpot as the base layer
3. Add the black beans and kidney beans after rinsing them well
4. Pour in the fire roasted diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes
5. Add the chopped onion and diced poblano peppers to the mixture
6. Sprinkle in the chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chipotle chili powder, salt, oregano, and garlic powder
7. Pour in the chicken broth and stir everything thoroughly until well combined
8. Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat until the flavors are fully developed or use high heat if needed
