Ingredients

2 bagels (Thomas’, Dave’s Killer Bread, or Silver Hills)

1/4 cup Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese

1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 small red onion, sliced

4 ounces smoked salmon

2 tablespoons capers

1 sprig fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Toast bagels until lightly golden.

2. Spread cream cheese on both halves.

3. Layer cucumber, smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and dill.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Close the sandwich, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness.

Try adding avocado slices for a creamy twist.

Store sandwiches wrapped in parchment in the refrigerator for up to three days.
