Ingredients
2 bagels (Thomas’, Dave’s Killer Bread, or Silver Hills)
1/4 cup Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 small red onion, sliced
4 ounces smoked salmon
2 tablespoons capers
1 sprig fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Toast bagels until lightly golden.
2. Spread cream cheese on both halves.
3. Layer cucumber, smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and dill.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the sandwich, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
