Description

Creamy Protein Pudding Cups made with Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, alcohol free vanilla flavor, and a touch of maple syrup for a rich high protein snack or dessert.


Ingredients

1 cup full fat Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 half teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor

1 half tablespoon maple syrup

Whipped cream shaved chocolate berries or chocolate chips for topping


Instructions

1. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.

2. Add chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder.

3. Pour in alcohol free vanilla flavor and maple syrup.

4. Whisk until completely smooth and no clumps remain.

5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thin with a small splash of milk if needed.

6. Spoon into cups or jars.

7. Top with whipped cream shaved chocolate berries or chocolate chips.

8. Serve immediately or chill for a thicker texture.

Notes

For a thicker pudding use extra creamy Greek yogurt or chill for 10 minutes.

For a thinner pudding whisk in a teaspoon of milk at a time.

Vegan chocolate protein powder can be used instead of whey.

Flavor variations include mixing in nut butter mashed berries or mini chocolate chips.
