This pizza roll ups recipe is a quick, cheesy, and flavorful twist on classic pizza. Rolled with sauce, mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, they bake to golden perfection for an easy lunch, dinner, or appetizer.
Ingredients
13.8 oz premade pizza dough
25 oz spaghetti or pizza sauce (1 jar)
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (1 package)
6 oz sliced Beef pepperoni or any topping of choice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Unroll pizza dough and cut in half.
3. Spread sauce evenly over each dough piece, leaving edges bare.
4. Add a single layer of Beef pepperoni or chosen topping.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the toppings.
6. Roll each piece from one end to the other, sealing edges and tucking ends under.
7. Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can swap Beef pepperoni for turkey pepperoni, chicken, or vegetables.
To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate until ready to bake.
