This Pizza Dip Recipe is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer that captures all the comforting, cheesy flavors of a classic slice of pizza without the crust. Perfect for game nights, parties, and cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt/mayo/cottage cheese)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup marinara sauce (Rao’s or homemade)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded from block
15 slices Beef pepperoni (or alternate toppings)
Optional: extra red pepper flakes, chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
3. Spread the creamy base into a 9-inch baking dish.
4. Layer marinara sauce evenly over the base.
5. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
6. Add Beef pepperoni or other toppings of your choice.
7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley.
9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with bread or chips.
Notes
You can prepare this dip up to 3 days in advance and bake when ready to serve.
