Description

Ingredients

Pizza Dough

Dozen Chicken Wings

Mozzarella

Fresh Basil

Buffalo Wing Sauce:

1 Cup Frank’s Red Hot

½ Cup Unsalted Butter

Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Garlic Powder

1 tsp Corn Starch

1 tsp Water

Blue Cheese Dip:

½ Cup Gorgonzola

½ Cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

1. In a small pot, combine Frank’s Red Hot and butter over medium heat.

2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne.

3. Mix corn starch with water to create a slurry and add to the sauce.

4. Simmer until thickened and set aside.

5. Cook the chicken wings by baking or frying until done, or use precooked wings.

6. Let them cool, then remove and shred the meat.

7. Toss the shredded chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.

8. Roll out your pizza dough onto a baking tray.

9. Prebake the dough at 200°C for 10 minutes.

10. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly across the base.

11. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

12. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

13. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil.

14. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dip.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level by changing the amount of cayenne or hot sauce.

The blue cheese dip pairs perfectly with the pizza or can be used as a drizzle.
