Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup alcohol free soy sauce such as Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce or San J
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or Marukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons sambal oelek or chili paste
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar, honey, or agave
Fresh ginger, peeled
Fresh garlic, peeled
1/4 cup water
