Ingredients
20 medjool dates
One third cup peanut butter
One quarter cup coconut oil
One quarter cup cocoa powder
Sea salt flakes
Alternative chocolate coating
One half cup dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions

3. Slice each date open and remove the pit. Arrange on the tray.
4. Fill each date with just under one teaspoon of peanut butter.
5. To make homemade chocolate, melt coconut oil and stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
6. For store bought chocolate, melt the chocolate pieces until melted and creamy.
7. Allow chocolate to cool slightly and drizzle or dip each filled date.
8. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
9. Refrigerate for about twenty minutes or until the chocolate sets.
