Description

A creamy, dairy-free peanut butter banana nice cream made with just a few wholesome ingredients. Perfect as a quick dessert or snack.

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen

1/4 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, unsweetened)

Pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional, to taste)

1/4 cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Peel ripe bananas, slice them into small rounds, and freeze until solid.

2. Place the frozen banana slices and plant-based milk into a food processor or high-speed blender.

3. Blend and pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Do not over-blend.

4. Add peanut butter, a pinch of sea salt, and optional sweetener. Blend again until combined.

5. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
