Low sodium chicken broth
Sargento Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
2. Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly golden
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant
4. Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper
5. Increase the heat slightly and add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer
