Description
Mini pizza bites are the perfect appetizer or snack, easy to make, fun to eat, and fully customizable. Great for parties, lunchboxes, or a quick bite at home.
Ingredients
16 oz pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
Salt to taste
1 cup grated cheese
Toppings of your choice (salami, tuna, mushrooms)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
3. Cut out mini circles using a 3.5-inch round cookie cutter.
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between.
5. Spread marinara sauce over each dough circle.
6. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
7. Add desired toppings (salami, tuna, mushrooms, etc.).
8. Top with grated cheese.
9. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
The number of pizza bites depends on the size of your cutter.
Choose toppings that cook quickly and avoid too much moisture.
Use cheeses that melt well, like mozzarella or provolone.
These can be made ahead and frozen for future use.
