Description

Rich, creamy, and low-carb, these keto peanut butter chocolate fat bombs are the perfect snack or dessert to keep you satisfied on a ketogenic lifestyle.


Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)

1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla flavor (Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor)

Pinch of salt

Optional: 2 tbsp chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla flavor, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups.

3. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top.

4. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are solid.

5. Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Best enjoyed straight from the freezer to keep their shape.

You can customize with almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.

Add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
