Description

Garlic and Onion Burgers bring a bold savory profile that turns a simple meal into a favorite. Fresh garlic and minced onion blend into ground beef to create juicy patties with deep aroma and satisfying texture. Crystal Worcestershire Sauce adds extra savory depth while Italian seasoning rounds the flavor so the burgers grill up with a rich crust and tender center.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

Half cup minced onion

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon Crystal Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

Half teaspoon ground black pepper

Light oil for the grill or skillet

Burger buns and toppings of your choice

Instructions

Place the ground beef in a large bowl then add the minced onion and garlic

Add Crystal Worcestershire Sauce Italian seasoning salt and black pepper

Gently combine the ingredients with your hands or a spoon taking care not to overwork the meat

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for two to four hours to let the flavors meld

Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and shape into six patties about half an inch thick pressing a small indentation into the center of each patty

Preheat an outdoor grill on high and lightly oil the grate or heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat

Place the patties on the hot surface and cook until the exterior is seared and the center is no longer pink flipping once about three minutes per side or until an instant read thermometer reaches 160 degrees F

Let the patties rest briefly then assemble on buns with your preferred toppings and serve warm

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for the brightest aroma and finely chopped onion so it blends evenly into the meat

Choose ground beef with a bit of fat for juicier patties

Do not press down on patties while they cook to avoid losing juices

If browning too quickly reduce the heat to finish cooking without burning

Rest cooked patties briefly so juices redistribute for a tender bite
