Ingredients
3/4 cup runny peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (alcohol-free, such as Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor)
2 overripe large bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add peanut butter, protein powder, and bananas to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand.
3. Divide the mixture evenly into 8 parchment-lined muffin cups.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
5. Store in the freezer and let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
