Description

Creamy, rich, and naturally sweet, these four ingredient peanut butter banana cookie dough fudge cups are an easy freezer-friendly treat.

Ingredients

3/4 cup runny peanut butter

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (alcohol-free, such as Simply Organic or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor)

2 overripe large bananas

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Add peanut butter, protein powder, and bananas to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

2. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand.

3. Divide the mixture evenly into 8 parchment-lined muffin cups.

4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.

5. Store in the freezer and let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Best enjoyed slightly thawed for a creamy fudge-like texture.

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months in an airtight container.

Try adding chopped nuts, dried fruit, or shredded coconut for extra flavor.
