Description
This easy air fryer bread pizza recipe is quick, cheesy, and customizable, perfect for a family snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
6 bread slices or 1 French bread loaf
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
1 cup mixed vegetables (mushroom, pepper, onion, olives)
Instructions
1. If using French bread, cut the loaf horizontally and then into quarters. If using sliced bread, leave as is.
2. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each slice.
3. Add vegetables and toppings of your choice.
4. Top generously with shredded cheese.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
6. Place pizza slices in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
7. Air fry for 4–6 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
8. Carefully remove using a spatula and serve hot.
Notes
Use any type of bread – French or regular sliced bread works well.
Cut bread thick to prevent sogginess from the sauce.
Use homemade or store-bought marinara sauce.
Customize with your favorite vegetables.
Homemade marinara: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté 2-3 garlic cloves, add 14 oz tomato puree, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook until thickened.
