Instructions
1. Soak all dates in hot tap water until soft, then drain well and roughly chop
2. Blend the dates, almonds, coconut oil, and salt until a sticky crumbly dough forms
3. Press the base mixture firmly into silicone mini muffin molds, shaping shallow cups, then chill
4. Blend soaked dates with maple syrup, peanut butter, and melted coconut oil until smooth and creamy
5. Fill each chilled base with caramel and smooth the tops, then refrigerate until set
6. Gently warm cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup until combined, then let cool slightly
7. Spoon chocolate topping over the caramel layer and smooth carefully
8. Chill until fully firm, then remove from molds and serve
