Ingredients
2 cups grated Yukon potatoes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Nonstick spray
Chives or parsley, garnish
Instructions
1. Peel the Yukon potatoes and grate them using the large holes on a box grater.
2. Place the grated potatoes in a bowl with cold water and rinse them a few times until the water runs mostly clear.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.
4. Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and spread the potatoes in an even layer. Light overlapping is okay.
6. Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes without disturbing.
7. Open the basket, stir the hashbrowns gently, and break up any clumps.
8. Air fry again for another 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
9. Serve immediately with chopped chives or parsley on top.
Notes
Use Yukon Gold potatoes for the best balance of starch and moisture.
Be sure to dry the shredded potatoes thoroughly to ensure crispness.
