Instructions

1. Add 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream or Organic Valley Sour Cream to a small mixing bowl

2. Spoon in 1/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Classic Mayonnaise or Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Mayo then stir gently with a spatula until smooth

3. Finely chop 2 tablespoons fresh dill then fold the dill into the cream and mayonnaise base

5. If using add a pinch of garlic powder or 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt and blend until even

6. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld

Notes

Use bright green fresh dill for best aroma and flavor

If substituting dried dill reduce quantity because dried herbs are more concentrated

Adjust salt after chilling because flavors intensify as the sauce rests

Do not freeze the sauce dairy bases can separate and lose creamy texture after thawing

Store in an airtight container refrigerated and use within four days for best quality
