Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced lengthwise

Turkey bacon style crumbles chopped using Butterball Turkey Bacon or Applegate Naturals Turkey Bacon
Chicken broth
Dried parsley
Dried dill
Dried chives
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Light cream cheese cubed using Philadelphia Cream Cheese or Tillamook Cream Cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese using Cabot Sharp Cheddar or Tillamook Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into even cutlets and season both sides with salt and pepper
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped turkey bacon style crumbles until crisp then remove and set aside leaving a small amount of fat in the pan
3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook on both sides until golden and fully cooked then remove and set aside
4. Lower the heat and pour chicken broth into the skillet scraping the browned bits from the bottom
5. Stir in parsley dill chives garlic powder and onion powder and let the mixture gently simmer
6. Add the cubed cream cheese and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth
7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese and the cooked turkey bacon style crumbles
8. Return the chicken to the skillet coating each piece with sauce and let rest briefly before serving
Notes
Keep only a small amount of rendered fat in the skillet to avoid an oily sauce
Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother melting
