Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 Oreo cookie pie crust
Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Chocolate syrup, for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, use a mixer to combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Fold in thawed whipped topping gently until well blended.
3. Stir in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the filling.
4. Spread the mixture into the Oreo cookie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
5. Cover the pie and freeze overnight for best results.
6. Before serving, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier slicing.
7. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
For an extra decorative touch, sprinkle additional chocolate chips or crushed cookies on top before serving.
