Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 scoop Orgain Organic Vanilla Protein Powder or Vega Sport Premium Vanilla

2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder

2 1/2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix

1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioners or powdered erythritol

1 egg

1 to 2 tablespoons Swerve Confectioners for rolling

Instructions

1.

2. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl mix coconut flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, pudding mix, and powdered sweetener.

4. Add Greek yogurt and egg then fold until a soft ball of dough forms.

5. Pinch off 8 even pieces and roll each one between your palms until smooth.

6. Place the dough balls on the baking sheet with space between them.

7. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until the centers are fully cooked.

8. Cool slightly then roll each donut hole in powdered sweetener.

Notes

Coconut flour absorbs moisture quickly so the dough will be thick.

Roll the donut holes a second time for a heavier powdered coating.
