Description

Chicken & Roasted Garlic Parmesan Bake features tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a crispy, golden garlic and Parmesan crust. Perfect for weeknight dinners or family meals, this recipe is simple, flavorful, and highly satisfying.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup dry bread crumbs

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (Cabot or Tillamook vegetarian rennet brands)

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. Mix minced garlic with olive oil in a small bowl.

3. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and black pepper.

4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic oil, then coat thoroughly with the bread crumb mixture.
