This Chicken & Broccoli Cream Cheese Bake is a creamy, comforting dish combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich cheese sauce baked to perfection. Ideal for family dinners or meal prep, it is both flavorful and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
20 oz broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Cabot Creamery Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup Tillamook Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat 350°F oven and heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.
2. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides.
3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Cabot Creamery Parmesan, and garlic salt until smooth.
5. Pour the cream cheese sauce over chicken and broccoli evenly.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
7. Remove from oven, sprinkle Tillamook Mozzarella Cheese over the top.
8. Bake for an additional 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
9. Serve immediately while the cheese is melted and creamy.
Notes
For tender chicken, avoid overcrowding the skillet and cook in batches if necessary.
Blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes in boiling water, then transfer to ice bath for vibrant color.
Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for smooth sauce.
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
Reheat in oven at 325°F and add a splash of cream if sauce thickens.
