Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
2 tablespoons Parmesan Basil Garlic Butter
2 cups cooked, sliced chicken
½ cup Alfredo sauce
½ cup fresh spinach, chiffonade
¼ cup red onion, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut French bread in half lengthwise and place on baking sheet.
3. Spread a thin layer of garlic butter over the cut sides.
4. Toss sliced chicken with Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
5. Layer chicken onto bread, followed by spinach, red onions, and mozzarella.
6. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
