Ingredients
4 ounces unsalted butter
1 large clove garlic crushed and finely chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh sage leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Fine salt to taste
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat until it begins to bubble gently.
2. Stir in the crushed and finely chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped fresh sage leaves and continue cooking until the butter turns a very light golden brown with a nutty aroma.
4. Season with ground black pepper and fine salt to taste.
