Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
50 grams (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 7×7 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add peanut butter and stir until fully combined.
4. Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until a thick batter forms.
5. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 22–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
7. Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing into 9 squares.
Notes
Use fully ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
Do not overbake — check at 22 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
